FRASER + HOPE’S BEAUTIFUL GLASGOW WEDDING

Blythswood Square Hotel
23/04/2022
HOPE AND FRASER GOT MARRIED A FEW WEEKS AGO IN THE ABSOLUTELY STUNNING ST ALOYSIUS BEFORE MAKING THE SHORT JOURNEY ALONG THE ROAD TO CELEBRATE THE REST OF THE DAY IN THE BLYTHSWOOD HOTEL. BUT WAIT, I’M GETTING RATHER AHEAD OF MYSELF, LET’S GET BACK TO THE START!

We got the day off to a great start by visiting Hope at her mum and dad’s house in Hamilton. Wedding mornings are always fantastic and Hope and her team were having a great time having the odd glass of fizz as well as creating some fab content for Tik Tok.

Weddings go by in the blink of an eye, and that’s true even for us so before too long it was time to head into Glasgow to photograph and film Fraser as he and all the guests arrived for the big day ahead. St Aloysius is an absolutely stunning church and Fraser and Hope couldn’t have wished for a more picture-perfect setting for their nuptials.

It was such a lovely, sunny day that we couldn’t resist taking a few photos of Hope and Fraser right after their ceremony outside the church. The cherry blossoms are out and we’re total suckers for getting them into wedding photos whenever we can at this time of year.

As I mentioned, it was a beautiful, sunny day so we headed a couple of blocks along to the Blythswood Square Hotel where we nipped into the gardens to make use of the sunshine, and get more beautiful wedding photos with the aforementioned cherry blossoms 🙂

We could’ve happily stayed in the park for ages but there was a little thing called a wedding happening so we headed back into the hotel to get some photos of the guests all enjoying themselves and having a great day.

A wedding wouldn’t be a wedding if we weren’t treated to some speeches, and Fraser, his (twin) brother, and Hope’s dad took us all on a journey through the happy couple’s life right up to this wonderful wedding day!

After dinner, all that was left to do was dance the night away. We wanted to get one last photo before we headed home as the hotel provides a great backdrop for a stunning night shot. Hope and Fraser were totally up for one final wedding photo but they weren’t wrong that it was difficult to leave the dance floor, the DJ was playing floor-filler after floor-filler but I reckon it was definitely worth nipping away for a few minutes to get that one last beautiful photo.

Thanks so much for having us along to photograph and film your wedding, Hope and Fraser, it was an absolute privilege and we’re so chuffed we got to share your special day with you.
