What a fantastic and action-packed day we had just a couple of weeks ago, with Pamela and Graeme!

Seriously, there’s so much to get through in this blog post that I considered abandoning the traditional format and just writing a list. Number 7 would have made your jaw drop! 😉 We won’t do that though, cause that would do a disservice to one of our favourite weddings of the year. We really can’t overstate how much of a good time we had with Pamela and Graeme 🙂
First things first – in the morning it was off to the girls and the boys to photograph all the preparations. Pamela was traveling to the ceremony in a red London bus, and Ewan being the all-action photographer that he is, couldn’t resist tagging along for the ride to get some great shots. The ceremony was being held at the Glasgow University chapel, which we always really enjoy working at. Presided over by the wonderful James Oakley, who always delivers an intimate, humorous and engaging service.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=”100″ position_vertical=”middle” gutter_size=”3″ overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ css_animation=”zoom-in” width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Oran Mor Wedding Photography[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=”100″ gutter_size=”3″ overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ css_animation=”left-t-right” width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]From there it was time to grab a couple of shots of all the guests together, one we did on the steps of the chapel with bubbles, and one in front of the red bus with smoke bombs!
We really loved Pamela and Graeme’s use of props throughout the day, loads of fun! After a couple of well-earned drinks, all the guests took the bus over to Oran Mor while we were able to sneak away with the happy couple for some pictures at the Botanic gardens and Ashton Lane too. It’s really rare that we get to visit so many locations in one day, and especially in winter, but getting to Ashton Lane at about 4pm was perfect. The sun had just set and the lights were shining perfectly in the lane, letting us get some really atmospheric photos.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_width_percent=”100″ gutter_size=”3″ overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ css_animation=”right-t-left” width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]But the newlyweds were not done yet! Just before heading in for the speeches and dinner, Pamela and Graeme had arranged for a sparkler shot with everyone, wow! We were only too happy to oblige, as I’m sure you can imagine! From there it was time for everyone to head inside for some speeches and some well-deserved dinner, and that goes for the photographers too!

When it came time for the dancing, the tunes were being provided by Three Card Trick, always a favourite of ours. These guys certainly know how to get the party going, which really helps us get all those fantastic dancing shots! Check them out towards the end of the mini-movie. And thus concluded an extremely busy, and extremely satisfying day at Pamela and Graeme’s big day. Thanks again for having us along, we loved every minute![/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row unlock_row_content=”yes” row_height_percent=”0″ overlay_alpha=”50″ gutter_size=”3″ shift_y=”0″][vc_column column_width_percent=”100″ align_horizontal=”align_center” gutter_size=”1″ back_color=”color-xsdn” overlay_alpha=”50″ border_color=”color-gyho” border_style=”solid” shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″ desktop_visibility=”yes” medium_width=”0″ width=”1/1″ css=”.vc_custom_1487079561318{border-top-width: 1px !important;border-right-width: 1px !important;border-bottom-width: 1px !important;border-left-width: 1px !important;}”][vc_row_inner row_inner_height_percent=”0″ force_width_grid=”yes” overlay_alpha=”50″ gutter_size=”3″ shift_y=”0″][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text css_animation=”alpha-anim”]
