Couple: Amy & Scott

Date: 4th May 2019

It’s always great to back at one of our favourite venues, Culcreuch Castle. Especially when the couple are as lovely as Amy and Scott!

We arrived bright and breezy ready for the big day, and there was just a fantastic vibe in the air. Of course, the weather was shaping up really nicely already so that certainly helps! We headed over to see the girls who were all up in the drawing room of the castle getting hair and make-up done along with a couple of wee Proseccos!

Before too long the main event was upon us, it has a habit of just creeping up like that! The ceremony was really lovely, and we could definitely see a few wee tears in the aisles too!

After the ceremony, Amy and Scott had treated their guests to a birds of prey display, which went down an absolute treat. We’ve seen this show once or twice before, and it never fails to amaze. I must confess to being a bit of a fan of owls myself, so I was paying extra close attention to that part.

There was just enough time left after the show to nip Amy and Scott away for a few romantic shots in the wonderful grounds of the castle. Culcreuch really is a great place to work for us, a photographer’s dream you could say! Amy and Scott were fantastic subjects too, so natural!

Of course, next up was the evenings reception and dancing, and what a party it turned out to be! Fever Pitch were the evening’s entertainment, and they had the crowd swinging with their blend of modern hits and old classics! Wow, what a day, and what a couple too! We had a fantastic time being your wedding photographers Amy & Scott, all the best for a long and happy marriage!
